Rental Disclaimer

I, the renter, acknowledge receipt of all items listed. Customer agrees he/she will return all the equipment in the same condition as when received, normal wear and tear excepted. Neither Salty’s Bike & Beach Rentals nor management, personnel, staff or duly appointed agents are responsible for accidents or injuries resulting from the use, operation or possession of the rented items.

It is the customers responsibility to prevent damage, loss or theft of equipment. Bikes are to be LOCKED UP at all times unless in use. In case of theft, a formal police report must be filed and a copy must be immediately forwarded to Salty’s Bike & Beach Rentals.

Customer is responsible for the cost of excessive cleaning and to repair any damage to equipment while in the customers possession. Should equipment be lost or stolen, customer agrees to pay the current replacement cost of the item. Customer agrees that Salty’s Bike & Beach Rentals may charge the credit card on file for any damage, loss or stolen item.

KEEP BIKES LOCKED AT ALL TIMES WHEN NOT IN USE!!
DO NOT RIDE BIKES IN SALT WATER!!

Helmets are recommended, but not required by South Carolina Law.
Safety is the sole responsibility of the renter.
