- Minimum age of 16 years old is required and anyone under 18 years old requires a guardian signature for responsibility.

Customers will receive a full refund or credit within 24 hours or more prior to the delivery date. If you place your order via our website at www.saltysbikerentals.com, you can receive a 90% refund (full refund less 10% admin and processing fee as long as cancellation occurs at least 24 hours in advance of the delivery). If you wish to cancel an order less than 24 hours prior to the delivery date, regardless of how you placed your order, a $25 cancellation fee will be incurred. We cannot give any refunds once rentals have been loaded onto trucks and left the Bike shop, or once the delivery has taken place. Contact us by phone at 843-842-2000 to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
